Rain Dance is built around pokemon who have big attacks, blastoise , poliwrath, and gyarados. When you begin a battle with this deck, start with squirtle and try to get out blastoise as soon as you can; alternately start with poliwag and build him up. I would asvise keeping magikarp on the bench until he/she has evolved into gyarados, and then crush the enemy!
